This year again, Drees & Sommer was represented at the "Property Manager Awards" as sponsor of the sustainability category. The trio of DENEFF, agradblue and TME Associates emerged as winners for their "Sector Initiative Data Concept for More Climate Protection in Commercial Properties".
Steffen Szeidl raised everybody's attention at the award ceremony when he stepped onto the stage dressed in a Cradle to Cradle pyjama top. The moderator leading through the evening was so fond of the garment that she wished to see the matching pyjama trousers in 2021.
Based on their outstanding achievements, companies and individuals from the real estate sector applied or were nominated as "The Best in the Sector" in the various categories. The Immobilien Manager Verlag presented the Immobilienmanager-Award 2020 in the following categories: Digitalization, Financing, Human Resources, Investment, Communication, Management, Sustainability, Project Development Existing Properties, Project Development New Buildings, Social Responsibility, Urban Development, Student of the Year, Head of the Year and Lifetime Award.
