The AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa is located at the foot of the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau royal castles. WAF Immobilien GmbH planned to extend and modernize the existing Hotel Alpenrose on the 20,554 m² site. Three buildings up to 100 years old – Alpenrose, Jägerhaus and Schlosshotel Lisl – had already been renovated. The new Galeria and Seehaus buildings unite all the buildings to form a complex that combines tradition and modernity. The extensive hotel precinct features 137 rooms and suites, conference facilities, a large spa overlooking the Alpsee lake, a Kids’ Club, and a range of gastronomy services.

The use of structured construction logistics ensured a smooth construction process despite the heavily frequented tourist environment and the valley basin location.
