A student dorm with 1 basement level and 5 above-ground floors was constructed at Bloch-Bauer-Promenade 6, 1100 Vienna. The building contains 195 room units for temporary student usage. These include 190 single apartments between approx. 22 m² and 24 m² each, and 5 double apartments approx. 33 m² each. The first floor contains common areas, such as a large lounge with a shared kitchen, two study rooms, and internal administration. A multi-purpose room, workshop/music room, laundry room, drying room, common bathroom facilities, technical rooms, storage, and auxiliary rooms are located in the basement. The first floor’s facade facing the street (pedestrian area) has post-and-beam glazing, while the upper floors were designed with an ETICS facade. The windows are floor-to-ceiling.
