Xinzhou Mansion is a landmark building ‘elevated’ over a vacant plot within Shanghai city.  Drees & Sommer worked together with gmp architects to create a vision for the site as a new welcoming gateway into the adjacent large public park. The unitized façade is constructed as a state-of-the-art back-ventilated double skin facade system with a strong horizontal accentuation.
