A new Drees & Sommer subsidiary was opened in Brussels on May 1, 2010 in line with our aim of further internationalizing our service portfolio. Drees & Sommer will offer the complete portfolio of Project Management, Real Estate Consulting and Engineering services. Drees & Sommer has already acquired numerous projects in Belgium. For example, the project managers are supporting Union Investment Real Estate GmbH with the  'K in Kortrijk' shopping center. Increasing demand for major construction and urban development projects is expected in Brussels.
