The Copenhagen-based Drees & Sommer Nordic A/S was founded in 2010 in order to represent the firm's international range of services in the Scandinavian market. Drees & Sommer's extensive range of services in the construction and property sectors are so far unrivaled in Denmark. New market opportunities are seen primarily in the field of project management, though there is also great potential in the health sector, in addition to the field of green building, infrastructure and public-private partnerships (PPP). Several contracts have already been concluded in Denmark, for example a local team is providing consulting services for the construction of the Fehmarnbelt Link. Over the course of the next few years it is Drees & Sommer Nordic A/S's aim to expand into the neighbouring Baltic and Scandinavian countries.
