Drees & Sommer and Cyril Sweett form European Network

Drees & Sommer AG and the English construction consultancy Cyril Sweett form an alliance considerably strengthening the presence of both companies on the European property scene. The cooperation agreement was signed in Stuttgart on 12th July 2004. With the new alliance, the two companies together are represented at more than 37 locations and in 12 European countries. The companies aim at forming a close European network offering the client first-class services in attending end users, international PPP models as well as construction for trades, retail and traffic.

Professor Hans Sommer, Chief Executive of the Drees & Sommer AG, is convinced that the cooperation of Drees & Sommer and Cyril Sweett will optimally supplement each other: "In order to satisfy regional client demands, we will together develop a wide range of locations and complete our service range in the construction and property sectors." That English as well as European clients will profit from the various competencies of the partners, Sommer considers a further advantage.

With eight locations in Germany and further nine in Western and Eastern Europe, Drees & Sommer is one of Europe's largest construction and property consultancies. With a total of four branch offices, Drees & Sommer are also represented in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and China. Cyril Sweett entertains 16 locations in the UK, Ireland, France and Spain as well as partners with further locations in the Far and Middle East, Australia and Latin America.
