+++ France: Due to the increasing demand of Drees & Sommer services, a new branch office was opened in Strasbourg in September 2004 being, next to the office in Paris, the second location in France.

+++ The Netherlands: In December 2004, Drees & Sommer were commissioned to support the constructor in terms of the planned construction of the International Criminal Court in Den Haag and preliminary measures regarding the new complex of buildings. The project is of outstanding importance for the international community of states.

+++ Dubai: In the United Arab Emirates, German engineering know-how is required for the realisation of the project International City, which, currently, is Drees & Sommer's major engineering project. Please refer to the enclosed press information for further details.

+++ China: On behalf of the Chinese property holding CRED, Drees & Sommer develops a residential area in Shanghai with 60 historic villas from the English colonial period. Please refer to the enclosed press information for further details.

+++ Joint projects with the English cooperation partner Cyril Sweett Spain: In cooperation with the Spanish subsidiary of Cyril Sweett, Drees & Sommer conducts the conversion of the German embassy in Madrid. China: Cyril Sweet was commissioned to effect the first phase, the feasibility study for the new construction of the entertainment park Madame Tussaud in Shanghai. If further commissioning is awarded, Drees & Sommer Shanghai will effect development on location.
