Extension of the BuildingAgency AG Executive Board

On 1st July 2005 the BuildingAgency AG has acquired reinforcement: As Executive Member Rino Woyczyk (43), additionally to his tasks as Managing Director of Drees & Sommer Stuttgart, supports Executive Member Bernhard Unseld, who has been managing the company since October 2002. With its new development strategies Building Partner Model and Construction Management at Risk, the BuildingAgency offers services with target date and cost guarantee.

The alternative development models "bundle" planners and executing companies at an early date, thus shortening planning times and saving costs. Currently, the BuildingAgency, amongst others, supports the Apollo Theatre in Siegen, a proton therapy centre in the Ruhr area and a domestic building project in Holzgerlingen near Stuttgart.
