Premiere at Real Vienna

The Drees & Sommer offices in Austria, Bulgaria, Romania and Russia are for the first time represented with a booth (A0 530) at the Real Vienna property fair (May 23 - 25, 2007).

At the booth, project managers will provide information about activities in Austria and eastern Europe. With the real-estate industry
in eastern Europe currently undergoing rapid growth, Drees & Sommer is supporting an increasing number of eastern European projects by providing comprehensive know-how in development management, master planning and project management. Local employees offer detailed knowledge of regional conditions in the construction industry. Project highlights include the construction of the new Family Shopping Center in St. Petersburg, where Drees & Sommer is responsible for project manage-
ment. The project managers are also handling the industrial and service center at Prague-Ruyzne airport, as well as the extension to the Vienna airport terminal, VIE Skylink. Peter Tschawow, General Manager of Drees & Sommer Bulgaria, will participate in a panel discussion entitled "Bulgaria - Welcome to the EU! The investment climate following EU accession" on May 23, 2007.
