As the "right hand" of the real estate industry on the international stage

These are interesting times for German and international players in the real estate industry - including Drees & Sommer as a provider of real estate consulting and support services. As a result of the growing number of real estate transactions, Drees & Sommer is experiencing increasing demand for qualified technical Due Diligence. In addition to structural technical consulting, these services focus on the areas facility management, life-cycle costs and potential analysis. And with the rising number of transactions, demand for services to support asset managers is increasing across the whole range from operational analysis to redevelopment and exit strategies.

Because of the competencies involved, these services are important elements of Drees & Sommer's range of services, as presented at MIPIM 2007. Internationally, these services are supplemented by support services provided to German investors abroad, particularly in western and eastern Europe, and increasingly in the United Arab Emirates and Asia. This year Drees & Sommer can be found as booth partner of the cities of Stuttgart (R33.06), Frankfurt (R33.07), Munich (R33.08) and Nuremberg (H 4.20).
