Drees & Sommer accompany one of 2009's biggest property transactions

The property consulting team at Drees & Sommer Frankfurt has provided Immofinanz AG, Vienna, with technical consulting services surrounding the sale of two fully leased office buildings as well as a five-star-plus hotel.

The purchaser of the 65,000 m² city centre plot in the Lenbachgärten complex in Munich is the company Family Office AM Alpha GmbH, which completes real estate investments for several high net worth German families. The purchase price calculation was based on a property value of more than 200 million Euros.

So far, this transaction is one of the biggest property transactions in Germany in 2009.
