New building - a three storey new build is being constructed for the Economics Faculty at the Heinrich-Heine University in Dusseldorf comprising approx. 4,600 square metres.
The shape of the building with its transparent facade is a response to its special location at the University's lake. The building will be distinguished by an open spatial structure.
Research - the plans for the new build have been created by the Ingenhoven architects' practice. Building work is to begin in May 2009. Commissioning is planned for the winter semester of 2010.
Close cooperation - in consultation with the client, the Schwarz-Schütte-Förderstiftung, and the architect Drees & Sommer ensures that the building project is realised within the schedule and budget stipulated. Furthermore, the experts assist the client with building services equipment, building physics and green building design.
