Living in luxury - the listed, former City Commander's office, situated in 44,000 square metres of park-like grounds in Hamburg-Harvestehude, is being converted into luxurious apartments. In addition, new buildings will be constructed for further apartments. The Sophienterrassen project altogether entails 150 units with floor spaces of between 135 and 500 square metres, involving an investment sum of 340 million euro. Frankonia Eurobau is the project investor.
