Expansion of the second-largest Swiss plant - Pharmaceutical company B.Braun is building a 9,000 sqm clean-room production building, initially for one production line, at the same site as its Center of Excellence in Crissier, Switzerland. Planning allows a further two floors to be added to the building, if required.

Reliable foundations - Drees & Sommer started the project by undertaking a comprehensive analysis of the project. Costing and scheduling were scrutinized for plausibility. Despite the very tight schedule, Drees & Sommer secured economic and flexible individual contract award for the client. Since then, the expert team has been undertaking project controlling.

Transparency and control - As part of the project controlling service, Drees & Sommer supports and advises the client, and undertakes schedule control and reporting to the group management board in Melsungen. The project managers' comprehensive services have ensured completion of the building for November 2009.
