Description
Prestige project - With 1,600 seats, the Deutsches Theater in Munich (German Theater Munich) is one of the largest German theaters with a full-size stage.
The complex - parts of which are under preservation order - includes four other buildings in addition to the theater itself. Managing interests - Drees & Sommer calculated rehabilitation costs of some 140 million Euro for the complex concept for existing buildings and development. On the basis of a rehabilitation report, Drees & Sommer Property Consulting was able to gain the interest of investors and operators within a short time. Here it was important to balance the interests of the City of Munich with those of the private consortiums.
In the limelight - The regional press is giving regular coverage to the project.
