Milestone project - The external transport infrastructure for the New Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre involves a link to Stuttgart Airport, to the planned "Project 21" airport station, to the planned light rail, and to the A8 autobahn and B27 trunk road.

Responsibility - Drees & Sommer undertook Owner - or project leadership -functions for this complex civil engineering and infrastructure project with its numerous interdependencies.

150% performance - As project manager, Drees & Sommer was intensively involved both in the content of the project as well as operationally, working at all times of the day and night and weekends, including for the autobahn projects.
