The Schlössle Galerie - with over 14,500 m² sales area and some 4,000 m² of office and restaurant space and 375 parking spaces - is a project development for AM Development, Düsseldorf. The shopping center features premium facades of natural stone, steel and glass. A highlight is the attractive roofscape, which is open to the public.

Crisis management - Shortly before the opening, the general contractor filed for bankruptcy. Professional crisis management and competent consulting on the part of Drees & Sommer nonetheless allowed timely completion and opening.

On schedule and within budget - For the Owner, timely completion within budget was specially important. Project managers monitored the work of the prime contractor with this in mind. Drees & Sommer also provided reliable support to the Owner during handover to the new owner, WestInvest.
