Top location - The project in the Hongkou District of Shanghai city involves the revitalization of 48 historic villas with a total gross floor area of 300,000m² on 800,000m² of land. The villas are being renovated as luxury residential and office buildings ranging between 250 m² and 500 m² in area. Overall, the planned Bao Yang quarter will comprise some 60 villas.

Innovation - The Bao Yang villa quarter is the first purely Chinese property development to be presented on the European property market. At the same time, the project is being launched in the difficult Shanghai property market, where a range of political factors have to be taken into account.
