The traditional Drees & Sommer Lunch & Relax client events in the beach restaurant Croisette were coveted meeting points for the property sector and the opinion of Drees & Sommer experts was immensely sought-after. The property fair was hosted during three days, and numerous top-class contacts with international developers and investors could be forged. The expert team for development management led intensive talks regarding investments in China with several European investment funds.
Drees & Sommer experts were able to conclude project-related cooperation agreements and gain new project commissions - in Germany, but mainly in promising countries such as China, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Rumania, France and Luxembourg. Another important cooperation agreement for an investor call for tenders by the Free State of Bavaria for a premium property in the Munich inner city Drees & Sommer Munich were able to conclude with Hammer AG, the planner office Hammer & Ranner, Renè Reif Consulting and the law firm Meidert & Kollegen.
The fair in the Mediterranean metropolis thus has become even more important for Drees & Sommer and its international activities.
