Drees & Sommer has been commissioned to undertake project management for the remodeling of the Norwegian Ambassador's residence.
The Vienna office - founded as Drees & Sommer's first foreign subsidiary - is managing remodeling and new construction work for the Norwegian Embassy in Vienna's 19th District. The facade, roof and the entire building services equipment of the legacy building are being replaced, and the residence is being supplemented with a new building. Drees & Sommer Vienna has negotiated agreements with the planners and the prime contractor and will now ensure smooth and economical project execution for the client. The Norwegian Ambassador will be able to return to his residence at the beginning of 2007.
