Thanks to successful project management by Drees & Sommer Cologne, the new tenants can view the Rhineland capital from a height of 100 meters.
Commissioned by the Rheinische Versorgungskasse, the Cologne project managers ensured smooth execution of planning, tendering and realization. The aim was to finish the building within the deadline and to provide planning and construction services at a fixed price. The tendering process resulted in Züblin AG being selected as sole contractor together with architects Gatermann + Schossig. Drees & Sommer was responsible for cost and schedule stability, and for regular quality checks.
In order to combine flexibility of use, a high level of functionality and economy under one roof, Drees & Sommer integrated the requirements of potential users during the planning stage through Facility Management consulting. The Köln Triangle high-yield project is now almost fully leased.
