21,000 experts from 65 countries visited EXPOREAL, the 9th International Commercial Property Exposition from October 23 to 25 October 31, 2006 in Munich. That's up 20 percent on the previous year.
Drees & Sommer presented exciting key topics and consulting to customers and prospects throughout the three-day fair. In addition to specialist presentations at the DBT booth on topics ranging from asset management, revitalization and investment in Dubai to energy concepts and the Drees & Sommer Group Partner Model, our experts also presented various papers. As an expert in the field, Prof. Dr. Hans Sommer was in demand at the Special Real Estate Forum on the topic of "Diversification of use in real estate". For three days, the Drees & Sommer booth was crowded with visitors. The Prime Minister of Baden-Württemberg - Günther H. Oettinger - also paid Drees & Sommer a visit for a short discussion with Hans Sommer.
