Successful sales Due Diligence for DIFA portfolio

Due Diligence experts supported DIFA Deutsche Immobilien Fonds AG during the sale of the second Nautilus portfolio.

Drees & Sommer has successfully supported DIFA with transactions for both Nautilus 1 and 2 portfolios (DIFA fund  No. 1 / DIFA-GRUND). Tishman Speyer Properties purchased the ten office properties of Nautilus 1 for some Euro 670 million, while IVG Immobilien AG purchased the four-property Nautilus 2  for some Euro 190 million. The two portfolios have a joint total leasable area of some 66,000 square meters. During preparation of the transaction, Drees & Sommer carried out technical sales Due Diligence for the two portfolio tranches, thus making a substantial contribution to the success of the transactions.
