Drees & Sommer at ILM 2006 in Düsseldorf on November 30

In his presentation, Peter Tzeschlock, General Manager of Drees & Sommer FM & Building Management and member of the management board of DS-Plan shows methods and tools for determination of life-cycle costs - and thus for a secure property strategy. Following the great success of the inaugural event in 2005, ILM is taking place for the second time. In keeping with current focus and trends, papers will be presented on latest project developments and strategies for enhancing property values. The conference aims to bring decision-makers and users together. Professor Dr. Klaus Töpfer -  former German Federal Minister of Construction and former Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations - was secured as a high-caliber closing speaker.
