Former French barracks set in the Trier vineyards has been developed into a new office and service center.
The Entwicklungsgesellschaft Petrisberg GmbH (EGP) has sold its property portfolio comprising approx. 20,000 square meters to a pension fund. Over the past four years, the former French Belvédère barracks has been revitalized and leased to a total of 90 companies with some 600 employees. As a result of sales totalling approx. # 100 million on a 70 hecatare site, the economic success of the redevelopment has been secured three years ahead of schedule. Drees & Sommer managed the overall development of the project and secured the income projected.
