Project management for Luisenforum, Wiesbaden

30.01.2008

The first of three buildings was handed over to the operator and future tenants at the beginning of January.

In addition to offices, the 14-story building complex accommodates cafes and restaurants. The renovated ESWE high-rise represents the successful start to a central business district that will strengthen Wiesbaden's retail industry and upgrade the cityscape. Drees & Sommer moved into the tenth floor of the high-rise as one of the first tenants. In this way, the project managers will be right on site to ensure continued success of the project for the client, Karstadt Immobilien AG. The project management team is monitoring adherence to budget, schedules and quality specifications as well as undertaking tenant coordination for some 1,000 new rental properties.īThe remodelling of the existing Karstadt building into a modern shopping center and the construction of a new multistory car park will round out the upscale mix of retail, hospitality and services. Subsequent phases are scheduled for completion from 2008.
