Arminius Real Estate Opportunity Fund, L.P. has purchased a loan portfolio collateralised with German real estate.
The experts at Drees & Sommer successfully assisted the buyers with their transaction by performing a technical due diligence. The purpose of the technical due diligence was to verify short- to long-term investments, including tenant improvements, for approx. 100 pieces of real estate in the portfolio with commercial, office and residential use. The portfolio has a total volume of around EUR 325 m.
