Drees & Sommer Hamburg under new management

On 1st July 2005, Phillip Goltermann assumed management of the regional project management office Drees & Sommer Hamburg GmbH.
Since 1999, Goltermann (32) has been with Drees & Sommer Munich. Under his management, activities of Drees & Sommer Hamburg will concentrate on core activities of project management as well as consultancy in the areas of construction and real estate.
Phillip Goltermann grew up in Hamburg and Bremen and is thus even more pleased for his new task in the North of Germany. "Target-oriented project management, multidisciplinary know-how, constructive cooperation and a comprehensive way of thinking have been our strengths for years and are prerequisite to attract our customers in Northern Germany."
Development activities resulting from the procedures of option contracts are outsourced to the company DS-Bauconcept, where Managing Directors Günter Krause and Dr. Michael Krog have assumed exclusive company management and also accepted substantial company shares. Drees & Sommer will continue to be available as partner for project management and project procedures including the guarantee of costs and deadlines.
