Drees & Sommer Berlin is controlling the centralization and reorganization of the Brandenburg clinic with the facility in full operation.
Building construction on the second phase started in September 2008 with the laying of the foundation stone for the new East Wing. Wards and an interdisciplinary admissions center and clinic logistics - currently accommodated in established buildings - will be consolidated in the new building. The building is scheduled for completion in 2011. Professional project control by Drees & Sommer is ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
Ten years ago Drees & Sommer Berlin started by providing project control services for initial phase of the Brandenburg Clinic. In 2002, a new operating center with an intensive care ward, emergency room, interdisciplinary examination center, and three new wards were handed over to the Brandenburg Clinic. The goal of the overall project is the modernization of established buildings and the expansion of the clinic with new buildings.
