On October 9, 2008, a new branch was handed over almost two months earlier than originally planned.
In April 2007, Müller Ltd. & Co. KG commissioned Drees & Sommer Vienna to undertake project control of the new premises. The new building - with approx 5,500 sqm gross floor area was completed in only ten months, primarily as the result of intensive schedule control by the project managers. Drees & Sommer also took on an extensive role representing the principal, a service completed the client's great satisfaction.
In addition to 2,200 sqm of retail space, the building in the center of Vienna also offers Müller space in the upper levels for auxiliary areas, the Austrian headquarters of the group, and a hotel on three levels.
