Hans Ruland Health and Hotel Centre Stuttgart

At the old-established mineral spa in Stuttgart, a health and hotel centre is being developed.
The clinic operator Hans Ruland is investor of the 60-million Euro project, which will be developed on about 18.500 square metres. Since the start of construction in October 2003, Drees & Sommer Development Management has been supporting the project Health and Hotel Centre Mineralbad Berg. Focal points so far have been the preparation of the project in terms of content as well as economics and to conduct negotiations between the investor, the city Stuttgart and the Stuttgart Mineralbad AG. On behalf of Hans Ruland, Development Management is responsible for the organisation of the overall scheme as well as the secured realisation of the Health and Hotel Centre.
The complex of buildings, including health and therapeutic centres, a 4-star hotel as well as conference and wellness areas, is scheduled for completion in late 2008.
