Work on the modern office and retail complex in the Turkish city of Bursa was completed on schedule in April 2009.
The first shop - a MediaMarkt (electrical and electronics store) - opened last December. Drees & Sommer has been managing the #12 million project since 2008, from project development to tenant fitout. Drees & Sommer's key services were in the area of overall coordination of planning, invitation to tender, construction, schedule and cost planning, as well as on-site quality control. The new complex in Turkey's fourth-largest city offers some 19,400 sqm of retail and office space for lease, as well as parking for 530 vehicles.
