The ESPRIT Arena in Düsseldorf is looking for a new service provider for operational building management.
Drees & Sommer is advising the client on re-letting the contract and is undertaking an invitation-only tender process.
The contract covers operational building management for the areas of technical building management, janitorial services, snow & ice control, and maintenance of the grounds of the multipurpose arena. The term of the contract is likely to be 63 months, with a single option to extend for a further 60 months. Services include property management, operation of building services equipment, and fault management. The awards also cover maintenance, periodic inspections, repair, updating of documentation, and reporting. Closing date for tenders and partial tenders is June 16, 2009.
