Drees & Sommer is expanding its activities on the Dutch market following the award of a property management contract for 25 properties owned by SEB Asset Management.
The goals of the project are the optimization and standardization of processes, ultimately leading to cost savings. Following a successful main contract for SEB in Germany, the experts won the tender against competition from Dutch bidders.
