A virtual trip into the Mercedes-Benz world, the new museum of the Stuttgart traditional brand, offers the visitors insights into the project management for the unusual building, which will be opened in 2006 for the football world championship. By means of architecture presentations the experts inform about the latest level of Flower of the East, the vacation plant of a size of 220 hectares on the Iranian Island Kish. On the basis of the Munich building complex Feringastraße 10-12 Drees & Sommer shows how innovative utilisation concepts revalue conventional office real estates in a sustained way.
