On 26th and 27th August 2009, experts in real estate will be meeting for the twelfth time to analyse Frankfurt as a business location. The topic of sustainability is on this year's agenda as well.
What does the metropolis on the banks of the River Main have to offer? What are the current trends, strategies and niches? In a word: how should the city position itself in the national and international arena? These are some of the issues that will come in for discussion by the leading minds in real estate, finance and the building industry. On the second day of the conference, Frank Strauss, of Drees & Sommer, will devote his attentions to the question, 'Does Sustainability Pay?' During this interdisciplinary round, he will be drawing upon his practical experience in the areas of real estate consulting and engineering.
