Top Office Forum for Innovative Filing Concepts

Working with little paper and in a flexible way was the title of the forum to which the Top Office Management and the Frauenhofer Institute for Working Economy and Organisation invited at the beginning of July.

In the centre of attention of the event was the search for innovative filing concepts without any paper chaos. The more than forty participants could convince themselves of the improved functions of new tools for the electronic archiving. Rüdiger Schneider, managing director of Top Office, informed the audience about new ways for the smooth change from the paper-oriented archiving to digital filing. Ralf Schwiede, deputy chief executive of the Drees & Sommer AG, explained the utilization of electronic tools for the communication and coordination in the real estate sector on the basis of the tools PCM (project communication management) and 040 (One-for-Office). The participants of the forum agreed that filing concepts with the use of little paper are promising for the future.
