The signing of a declaration of intent (memorandum of understanding) took place on 12 July in Stuttgart.
Together the partners are present at more than 37 locations in 12 European countries and commonly pursue the strategy to create a smooth European network, which offers first-class services with the main emphasis final users - companies, PPP (public private partnership), retail trade and transport.
Professor Hans Sommer, chief executive of the Drees & Sommer AG is convinced that the cooperation of Cyril Sweett and Drees & Sommer is an optimal completion in two respects: "In order to fulfil the regional customer requirements we commonly develop a broad basis of locations. And we complete our range of performances by the fact that not only customers of the Anglo-Saxon region but also customers of the European continent will profit from the various procedures of the partners.
Francis Ives, chairman of Cyril Sweett says, that this alliance corresponds to the long-term company strategy of Cyril Sweett to support the international business by establishing strong, complementary partnerships. He is confident that the new partnership will become a big success and that the international customers will receive an even better level of performance.
Both companies consider the alliance as a possibility to achieve the long-term global targets.
