Drees & Sommer participating in first international "Immobilienpodium" in Basel

The first international "Immobilienpodium" will be held at the Basel Congress on January 15, 2010.

"How attractive is Switzerland for foreign investors?" will be the central question of the first international panel discussion hosted by Swissbau Real Estate, a cooperative venture of Swiss Circle, RICS Switzerland and the publishing house Immobilien Business Verlag. Only in recent years have international property investors had access to the Swiss market. The panelists will examine what has changed in the Swiss property market since it was opened up ten years ago.

The panelists are:
