On January 26 and 27, 2010 the IIR will hold its annual congress, CIMMIT, in Frankfurt.
During CIMMIT, top decision-makers from the real estate and finance sectors will look at 2010 from a property perspective. Speakers include Dr. Andreas Blaschkowski (Speaker of the Drees & Sommer AG Executive Board) and Peter Tzeschlock (Member of the Drees & Sommer AG Executive Board).
In the context of a focus on international megaprojects in Europe, Dr. Andreas Blaschkowski will speak about "International growth strategy: How can real estate services be successfully deployed internationally?"
As part of a series on Property Management, Peter Tzeschlock will join a panel of experts to discuss the criteria for successful outsourcing.
