The German Property Federation (ZIA) recently expanded its Steering Committee.
The newly appointed members of the Steering Committee are Dr. Andreas Blaschkowski (Spokesperson of the Drees & Sommer AG Executive Board), Prof. Michael Cesarz (Spokesperson of the METRO Group Asset Management Board), Michael Bücker (Spokesperson of the Commerz Real AG Management Board) and Dr. Georg Allendorf (Managing Director of RREEF Investment GmbH).
Andreas Wende (National Director of Jones Lang LaSalle GmbH) is the new representative for the Northern Region. Ulrich Höller (Chairman of the DIC Asset AG Management Board) was appointed to the ZIA Management Board.
The expansion of ZIA management is in response to the growth in membership and the desire to open up the federation to industrial enterprises with property portfolios.
