The Hamburg Real Estate Symposium will take place at the Empire Riverside Hotel in Hamburg from February 9 - 10, 2010.
Under the motto "City Views Hamburg 2010 - movers and shakers do some straight talking", leading economic experts will meet to examine development perspectives for the city of Hamburg.
Phillip Goltermann, Managing Director of Drees & Sommer Hamburg, is a member of the Technical Advisory Board for the event. On the second day he will discuss the topic: "A balanc- ing act between social urban development, capacity expansion and ambitious projects: Do 'Improvement Districts' pave the way for new approaches to urban development?"
