The second Commercial Property Summit will be held in Wiesbaden on March 3 and 4, 2010.
On the first day of the event, Dr. Andreas Blaschkowski - spokesperson of the
Drees & Sommer AG Executive Board - will discuss "International growth through new store locations and location portfolio optimization - Challenges for the retail industry".
On March 4, 2010, Prof. Dr. Michael Bauer, Managing Director of Drees & Sommer Advanced Building Technologies, will give a presentation on "Green retail - Sustainability of retail properties".
At the Commercial Property Summit, experts and industry representatives will present prospects for the retail property market and highlight industry trends.
