The focus of the event - to be held on March 23 and 24 - is on trends and potential of the Berlin property market.
Markus Weigold, Managing Director of
Drees & Sommer Berlin, will give a keynote address on March 23 in which he will examine how existing business models can be adjusted, and who the winners and losers of tomorrow will be.
He will also participate in a panel discussion on the topic "The Berlin-Brandenburg investment market - a 'phoenix rising from the ashes' or just 'short of cash'".
