Hans Sommer was voted for the board of management in the concentrating initiative in the German real estate economy

At its general meeting on 01. June, 2004 the "concentrating initiative in the German real estate economy - with one vote" voted the former Difa-board member Jürgen Ehrlich as new president.

He supersedes Willi Alda, managing director of the Deka Real Estate Investment. Alda remains member of the board, to the further members of which also Prof. Dr.- Ing. Hans Sommer, chief executive of the Drees & Sommer AG, was voted. A newly decided labour programme provides that each board member takes over the establishment of a network in a certain branch of the real estate sector. As new board member Prof. Dr. - Ing. Hans Sommer takes over the establishment and maintenance of a network between project developers, project managers and building contractors.
