You will be actively involved in setting up the Belgium office in close collaboration with the management team, and will introduce your own ideas. You will be responsible for the professional organization of the environment in which the manager and the newly formed team will be operating. You will run correspondence, produce the documentation for presentations and quotations, coordinate meetings and conferences and plan business trips.
As our company's first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting our customers in a friendly and obliging manner. In addition, you will manage posting and ordering processes.
Once you have gained experience as an assistant or as a translator, you may look for a further development opportunity, where you can demonstrate your commitment. You will be distinguished by your flair for organization, your independence and initiative, and you will be able to maintain an overview of the situation even in a dynamic environment.
Internationality should be a matter of course for you, you should be flexible and open to adjusting to work in Germany. We require experienced handling of the MS Office package, as well as proficiency in German and English. In addition, you should have excellent command of Flemish.
