Development management as own company

Since January 01, 2004 the newly established Drees & Sommer Development Management and Real Estate Consultation GmbH has focussed on fallow lands, plot and location developments.

The task of the development manager is the development and marketing of conversion areas, urban developments and refinements of industrial locations. For more than six years Drees & Sommer has been offering development management in its portfolio and has achieved an important market position in this area. After a successful development for the urban project "Stuttgart 21" the team development management of the Drees & Sommer stock corporation was integrated in the Stuttgart GmbH. Since then employees have been canvassing and realising numerous interesting projects on a federal and European level. These include among others the urban development on the Petrisberg in Trier and the location development for Nestlé AG Deutschland in Ludwigsburg.
