Drees & Sommer bei Quo Vadis 2004

Living together and working in the future - answers to urban and real-estate issues" is the motto Quo Vadis, the year-start congress of the property, finance and construction industry to be held at the Berlin Adlon Hotel from February 3 - 5, 2004.

Drees & Sommer joins other sponsors such as the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and Euro Hypo Bank in supporting the congress. Professor Hans Sommer, Chairman of the Management Board of Drees & Sommer will hold the "stimulus address" for this year's trend scout debate with the topic "Key areas of innovation for project developers". Other participants in the debate will be Professor Karl-Heinz Petzinka (Petzinka Pink Architekten), Wolfgang Maier-Afheldt (Züblin), Dr. Wilhelm Bauer (Fraunhofer IAO) and Peter Backwinkel (Institute for Electromagnetic Harmonization of Buildings, IPR). Amongst other topics, they will discuss whether sustainable building and modern work environments can be an instrument in the battle for market share in the real-estate industry or whether optimized buildings increased the productivity of their users and, as a result, their profitability.
