The Real Estate Future Forum will be held as part of the Building Performance Congress on April 14, 2010 in Frankfurt.
Under the motto "Real Estate 2.0 - Paradigm shift in the construction industry" this year's Future Forum Real Estate will feature an exchange of decision-makers' views on current trends in the industry. A culture of partnership and a focus on the tenant characterize this paradigm shift for all involved in the value-add chain - from development and finance to construction and operation of a building.
Peter Tzeschlock, a member of the
Drees & Sommer AG Executive Board, will give a presentation entitled "You can't buy a tailored suit off the rack" on the new demands made of service providers as reliable and responsible partners.
